Shipping Policy

Sunrise TCG only ships via USPS at the moment. Any overage charged from shipping will be refunded to you before we ship the item.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally and stay domestically.​

Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days if product is on hand. Due to shipping delays in receiving products, any Pre-Orders may take longer to ship. Customers will be informed if such a delay happens.

All orders $100+ will have free shipping.

Any order made $50+ and are made in local San Antonio Metropolitan Area can have the option of having your order delivered to you by us. Any orders prior to 12:00pm local time will be delivered same day.  Any orders after that time will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.  No deliveries will be made after 5:00pm local time.  You must email us with your order number to verify address for delivery.

Return Policy

 

PayPal Orders

If you have paid using PayPal and would like a refund on Pre-orders or Return Merchandise please be aware of a 3% fee. PayPal does not refund the credit card processing fee. When returning an item using PayPal there will be a restocking fee + 3% PayPal processing fee. 

 

Pre-orders

Preorders may be canceled prior to the preorder due date for no fee, however, preorders canceled after the preorder due date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

 

 Booster Boxes

 You have 14 days upon receipt of an item to request a return. There will be a 15% restocking fee + shipping charges on all returned items. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, we will be unable to accept your return.

 

Collectibles & Other Items
